My name is Nur Aida Binti Sidek, born on March 28th, 2003, on Friday, in Penang, Malaysia. I'm currently 21 years old. I'm the youngest in my family, with an elder brother, so maybe that means I get a bit more love. Just kidding. Despite being from Penang, I'm not really a fan of Nasi Kandar, which surprises most people. I'm simply a girl who’s always working on becoming a better person in life. Right now, I’m focused on becoming a good teacher for my future students, hoping to make a positive impact in their lives.
I'm the biggest fan of Aurora lights, and I love how amazing they look. That's why I chose them as the background picture.
I see myself as a teacher who always tries to get better and give my students the best learning experience. I want to create a fun and active classroom where students feel free to explore, ask questions, and think deeply. Since students today are used to using technology, I would include more online resources, videos, and group activities to make learning more exciting and useful. I also want to focus on real-world projects so they can see how what they learn in class can help them in everyday life. My goal is to help students be curious, open-minded, and aware of the world, while teaching them skills like problem-solving, and understanding others, so they can grow into responsible adults who continue learning and make a positive difference.
As a teacher, I understand how important education is in helping people and communities grow. Being a teacher isn’t just about teaching subjects, it’s about helping students from all backgrounds, including indigenous ones, feel supported and capable. Education can change lives, and it’s a powerful tool to reduce poverty and inequality. I also realize that not everyone has access to quality education, so I appreciate the responsibility that comes with this job. My goal is to inspire students to believe in themselves and make a difference in the world, no matter where they come from or what struggles they face.
