Being a global educator could be compared to fine-tuning an engine for optimal performance. Just like you’d tweak different components of a car—adjusting the fuel mix, timing, and airflow—to get the best out of the engine, in education, you adjust teaching strategies to fit the unique needs of your learners.
I view myself as wanting to innovate students and making them feel learned through something authentic. Rather then just to sit around in class listening to boring lectures, I rather teach them to something real through "Realia".
