A Passionate Future Educator, Embracing Growth and Lifelong Learning.
My name is Nur Khatijah binti Roslan, and I come from the cultural heart of Georgetown, Penang. At 21 years old, born on 18 September 2003, I’m on an exciting journey to becoming a teacher a role that allows me to turn every moment into an opportunity for growth and learning. I’m deeply passionate about education, not just for others, but for myself as well. Every new lesson, interaction, or challenge is a stepping stone toward becoming a better person, both in my personal life and as an educator.
As a future teacher, I believe that learning never stops, and each day presents fresh opportunities to develop new skills, perspectives, and values. My goal is to inspire the same love for learning in others that drives me to continually grow. I see education as a powerful tool for creating positive change, and I am committed to helping others unlock their potential while evolving alongside them in this shared journey of growth.

As a global educator, I see my role as fostering a feeling of interconnectedness and responsibility in my students. I believe that education goes beyond the classroom to help children understand their place in the world and how their actions can have a significant influence. I encourage them to think critically about global issues such as poverty, environmental sustainability, and human rights, and I motivate them to take dedicated efforts to solve these concerns.
To make these concepts more concrete, I use active learning and collaborative projects that connect local realities to global contexts. For example, students may participate in community service programs that highlight comparable challenges in many parts of the world. This hands-on approach helps them recognise the value of their education and gives them the ability to apply their knowledge in real-world settings.
By encouraging teamwork and creating a secure place for kids to share ideas, I help them develop crucial skills such as communication and problem solving. My ultimate goal is to raise compassionate, intelligent persons who are eager to act and make a positive difference in their communities and beyond.
