I view myself as a global educator that has the mindset of being understanding towards others in making an English classroom filled with fun and laughter. I would love to see myself educating my students in various fun activities for their learning, especially in role-plays. As an educator, I would like to make a change in making sure both genders are treated equally. I would like to see them mingle around and feel comfortable during every group discussion. Instead of that, I would like to try and apply sustainable materials and technology usage into the learning environment. Some days I would teach them using physical materials such as doing arts and crafts by using reusable materials like newspapers and plastics, on other days I would apply the technology usage such as interactive whiteboard with the students.
