This week was used to work and make final adjustments to our third project. Both Marc and I took this opportunity to gather and receive some constructive feedback from both our teachers and classmates. The use of this week's lesson provided us with an opportunity to understand the way in which we, as a group, are able to make adjustments and improvements in order to receive a higher overall grade.
We also double-checked the project brief to ensure that we had met all of the required criteria before submitting the final project. During this week's lesson, we were also provided with an opportunity to understand and discuss with Mansoor what went well within this trimester and what could be improved for upcoming trimesters.
With regards to this week's transferable skills, the skills that I think were best reflected were reflective skills and problem solving. The way in which I feel that problem solving was applied in today's lesson was when taking action points advised for our final project. On the other hand, the way in which reflective practice skills can be reflected upon within this week’s learning was during the improvement feedback session carried out with Mansoor to understand what went well, but at the same time, what can be improved. This reflective set of skills is something that I can use in future units but also in the real world when looking to improve or reflect on a completed or ongoing business project.
Overall, this whole unit and trimester was a great experience and learning opportunity, which I can now apply to future units.
