Lightning Slim

Lightnin' Slim (1913-1974) - aka Otis Hicks, was a Louisiana-based singer and guitarists who recorded for the famed Excello Records in the mid-1950s. His simple, but powerful, songs featured a guitar style that in many ways resembled that of another Lightnin', Texas bluesman Lightnin' Hopkins.
