Earl King (1934-2003) - was a New Orleans singer-guitarist who recorded his best work (IMO) for Specialty and Ace Records during the 1950s and early 1960s. Earl King songs like "Come On" and "Those Lonely, Lonely Nights" featured his stinging licks played on a Fender Stratocaster.
