Chocolate Peanut-Butter Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

6 Tablespoons Hershey's  Special Dark cocoa

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (10 oz. package) peanut butter chips

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in peanut butter chips.

3. Use #24 scoop (3 Tablespoon) to make 8 portioned dough balls. Place evenly apart on prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake 8-9 or 10-11 minutes (depending on your oven). Rotate baking sheet halfway through to ensure even baking. Do not overbake; cookies will be soft. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

Makes about 16 cookies?

Notes

Can use different flavored baking chips (mint, white, etc...)
