Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life
6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”
Jesus is the same today, tomorrow, and forever...So to believe this it means believing that Jesus and His teachings do not change...So one must believe that Truth, Goodness, and Morals do not change...Doing the right thing will never change...God, Truth, Goodness, and Good Morals are a basic to His teachings...Love will always be love...Love will never pass or change...
On the other hand, we know that things like societies change and businesses change, politics change, medicine and medical devices change and technology changes...So life and the buildings, and our surroundings, and the tools we use each day become more and more modern and in this sense will always change and be different as years go by...Men's ways and ideas change...
By the very nature of Jesus and His beliefs, I might believe that by His nature He was conservative in this changing environment respect...But I do not see Him being opposed to this change and these changes...But man, especially as one ages, and trying to keep up with these changes in life and the new ideas and change one sees on a regular basis, might find it hard to keep up and believe the old ways are the best ways...Younger people grow up with these new ideas and changes and seem to like the modernization and changes the happen now more and more quickly...But no matter our age -old or young, Jesus reminds us that He is the Way, the Truth and the Life, and His Way and Life is the Best Way to live our lives with all that goes on around us in our daily lives...
