Matthew 24:32-35
Jesus' Words Will Not Pass Away
32 “Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. 34 Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
God's Word is Truth...Seeking God is a search for the Truth...God is Eternal...Truth does not die...There is this endurance of the Truth...Truth will not pass away...Jesus Words which are Truth, will never pass away...His message is that truthful teachings, truthful information and truthful principles have a lasting quality...They may be challenged, obscured, or even suppressed, but the essence of Truth persists and endures...So we as believers see God in the Eternal Truths...
God has given us this thirst for knowledge, it seems...This statement highlights the ongoing human pursuit of understanding the world around us....The search maybe for the search for Truth in our pursuit of knowledge and we are therefore seeking God...Even if Absolute Truth might be elusive, the continuous search for knowledge and the pursuit of the Source of verifiable facts remain crucial endeavors in our lives and in men...
God wants us to be more positive, be more loving to our neighbors, correct the injustices of the world...Truth does have this significant impact on individuals and societies...Uncovering truths can lead to positive change, social progress, and the correction of injustices...So we see God very much in our search for Truth...
