God was always with Jesus’s family on their entire journey,
helping to protect them through danger.
God also likes to live in your home and heart.

Selfish and dangerous King Herod finally died, so God sent angels again in a dream to tell Joseph to return to Israel. However, when they heard the new king was the son of King Herod, they became scared! This time, God again directed Joseph in a dream to go to the province of Galilee and live in a town called Nazareth.

Although bad people can make us afraid, they will eventually perish. God holds everyone’s life in His hands. We must thank God for his direction and Joseph’s obedience for the safe journey of Jesus’s family to Nazareth. When we encounter danger, we should pray to God with our family and ask for his direction while obeying his word in the Bible.

Dear Heavenly Father, In dangerous times, I know you are with me! Please protect me and my family to listen to your direction and walk in your perfect plan. Please remove people that are going against your purpose and plan from our path. In Jesus’s name I pray, Amen!
