In this passage, wisdom is described as a person that goes everywhere, including in the marketplace. He wants to freely give advice, knowledge and correction. As long as someone is willing to accept it, they will become wise. However, during a peaceful day, everyone declined wisdom and avoided being friends with him. Once calamities hit, they all became scared and did not know what to do. But when they searched for wisdom, he was gone!
