In Genesis, we understand that God is pleased with family established by a marriage made up of one man and one woman. When you follow God’s intentions to do something, you will receive God’s blessings. Today’s passage teaches us that to ensure a happy family, you should love your spouse from youth to old age and work together to protect the family. There are many broken families in society nowadays, some because the couples were not faithful and fell in love with others, resulting in divorce and creating a lot of pain for their spouses and children. These things make God very sad! Unfaithful people will eventually have to bear the consequences of sins.
