TA Speech Team: Tuesday, Sept. 21, at 3p.m. in room MB017 This will be the first meeting of the year for the Thornton Speech team. If you are a fan of good writing, poetry, acting, drama, or simply hanging out with interesting people, come join us. We compete in speech tournaments throughout the year against other area high schools, and take part in the state-wide championships in January. We would love to see you and no previous experience is required.
TA Anglers Society: First Trip this Saturday!
The T.A. Anglers' Society is seeking new members for the 2021/22 school year. Our first outing is Saturday, Sept. 4 on the Saco River. We are also looking for help with parking duty at the football games. See Mr. Delcourt (SB 203) or email: josh.delcourt@thorntonacademy.org to sign up.
Lunch Waves
To find out which lunch wave you have, look for your Gold and Maroon block 3 classroom locations in this list. Lunch A students may report directly to lunch after block 2.
Lockers
The need for student lockers has decreased significantly with fewer textbooks and more online information. If you wish to be assigned a locker in one of the academic buildings, please make a request with the dean's office in the Main Building.
