Ramadan, beginning on Wednesday, March 22nd lasting 30 days and ending at sundown on Friday, April 21st,, is a time of fasting introspection, and prayer for Muslims, the followers of Islam. It is celebrated in memory of Muhammad receiving the initial revelations of the Quran.
Maine Arts Commission Recognition
Congratulations to Eli Pelleschi '23 for receiving the 2023 Maine Excellence in Arts Education Award from the Maine Arts Commission for his Drawing & Illustration, "Some things on a table." His artwork will be part of a student exhibition at the State Capitol Complex in Augusta from March through the month of May.

Last week's Advisory focused on PROCRASTINATION. The video shows a technique to help you start your work -- which seems to be when procrastination is at its worst. It has to do with an item you might have seen in your grandmother's kitchen....a Pomodoro timer. It's the cute little tomato timer timer that sits on the top of the fridge.
After watching the video, look up all the Pomodoro timer apps available in your phone's respective app stores. Just enter the search term "Pomodoro timer." Some are completely free, and some are free with in-app purchases.
