This is another concoction that will help you sleep well. It is also great for people with respiratory problems since it helps in cleaning them. Also, this brew is excellent with the common cold and in reducing fevers
4 Servings
Ingredients:
1 tbsp sage leaves
1 tbsp catnip
1 tbsp mint leaves
4 cups water Juice of one lemon
Honey to taste
Methods of Preparation:
1. Put the herbs in a teapot.
2. Bring the water to a rolling boil.
3. Add the water to the teapot.
4. Steep for 30 minutes.
5. Add the lemon juice and honey to the teapot.
6. Strain before serving
