This is a very strong, complex blend of herbs and spices. It is extremely aromatic and with a very distinctive, rich taste. Ginger tea is very common in India and now we are going to intensify the taste with cardamom, lemongrass, basil, mint and other spices! Another interesting thing about this tea is that we use red raspberry leaves as a substitute for black tea, which makes this herbal brew an amazing beverage without caffeine.
