This is a beautiful combo of natural citrusy flavors with a calming effect that makes a suitable good night cup of tea. Yields: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
2 tsp oolong tea leaves
½ tsp lime balm
½ tsp cardamom
2½ cup almond milk
2 tsp honey
Methods of Preparation:
1. Pour the water in a small saucepan.
2. Bring to a rolling boil.
3. Remove from heat.
4. In a tea strainer, put oolong tea leaves, lemon balm and cardamom.
5. Let it steep for 4 minutes.
6. Remove the tea strainer.
7. Pour the tea in 2 cups.
8. Spread the almond milk evenly.
9. Add 1 teaspoon honey to each cup.
10. Serve immediately.
