Description
Mung beans are small beans with green skins and yellow flesh. For this recipe buy pale yellow mung bean flour from Asian stores, or grind your own with a grinder.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon mung bean flour
1 teaspoon of Lichee Black Tea
White sugar
3 cups (850ml) of water
Instruction
Put mung bean flour and tea into a cooking pot.
Pour in 3 cups of water and bring it to boiling.
Add white sugar and stir.
Pour tea into cup and allow to cool slightly before drinking.
