LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 1 of Gosper County (and Dawson County), Nebraska, filed a Petition in the District Court of Gosper County, Nebraska, indexed as Case No. CI03-19, praying that the prior proceedings and acts of the District and its Board of Trustees and the proceedings for the issuance and sale of $3,110,000 principal amount of a bond of the District may be examined, approved and confirmed by the Court.
Hearing will be had on said Petition on the 4th day of January, 2010 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. in the District Court located in the Gosper County Courthouse, Elwood, Nebraska. Any person interested in the organization of the District or in the proceedings for the issuance and sale of the Series 2010 Bonds may, on or before the time fixed for the hearing move to dismiss the Petition or answer thereto.

NOTE OF EXPLANATION REGARDING THE BOND ISSUE OF SANITARY AND
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF GOSPER COUNTY (AND DAWSON COUNTY), NEBRASKA
The Board of Trustees of the District has concluded, after consultation with its fiscal agent, Kuehl Capital Corporation, that it is in the best interests of the District to issue and sell bonds in the above-noted amount, the net proceeds from which will be used to retire outstanding construction fund warrants. This is the normal procedure for SIDs. The average interest rate on the new bonds will be lower than the interest rate on the outstanding warrants.
