Sewer Construction Repairs

The Sewer Collection project has now been approved by the engineering team and accepted by

the SID Board, such that the project can be closed out and the individual assessment calculations can begin,

once the fiscal agent bills for their services upon completion of the lagoon contract. It is expected that these

might be available for the preliminary review in late May.

The contractors will be returning on the following dates, weather permitting, to make

necessary warranty and seeding repairs and follow-up needs.

• Week of April 13th, 2009; Week of July 13th, 2009; and Week of September 14th, 2009

• Mid-April 2010 and Mid-August 2010

YOU SHOULD NOW COMMUNICATE YOUR NEEDS DIRECTLY TO THE CONTRACTORS USING

THE FOLLOWING EMAIL ADDRESS: SewerRepairs@jlake.org

PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR LAKE 911 ADDRESS, YOUR NAME, YOUR CONTACT PHONE

NUMBERS AND A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF YOUR NEEDS.

THE CONTRACTORS WILL THEN SCHEDULE YOUR REPAIRS

FOR THEIR NEXT RETURN TO JOHNSON LAKE.

All emergency repairs must be authorized in advance by the contractor --

JLDI Roads Chairman, Steve Thuernagle, for coordination with Central's staff
