Lanmans Files Motion For Rehearing

SID#1 Attorneys, Robert Huck & Dave Skalka of Croker, Huck et al Law Firm in Omaha received notice that Glen Lanman and Teresa Lanman's lawyers, Terry & Josh Barber filed a Motion for a Rehearing by the Nebraska Supreme Court in the "Attempt to Form a Village" case, recently ruled on by the Nebraska Supreme Court; Affirming the District Court's agreement with the County Commissioners Denial of accepting the village petition. Their memorandum brief assigned error to the court's recent unanimous ruling.
