“Spot light Moment Recap”

Bruning State Bank now offers conventional financing with terms up to 30 years¹ for residential leasehold properties at Johnson Lake. This is available through FHLB Topeka’s MPF^® Program, which is a secondary market program with more flexibility than Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The entire process is done in-house, including underwriting, which enables us to close loans quickly and efficiently. We also retain the servicing on all MPF loans. You can feel confident that your loan will be processed in a timely manner by a qualified mortgage loan officer, and we’ll continue to take care of you long after your loan closes.
