NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING AND BUDGET SUMMARY

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of State Statute Sections 13-501 to 13-513, that the governing body will meet on the 15th day of September, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. at the SID No. 1 Operations Center, 42738 Road 748, Johnson Lake, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to the public, for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to the following proposed budget. The budget detail is available at the office of the Clerk during regular business hours. The agenda for the meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at 2120 So. 72 Street, Suite 1200, Omaha, Nebraska, and at the SID No. 1 Operations Center, 42738 Road 748, Johnson Lake, Nebraska, and includes a regular meeting, along with payment of bills.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of State Statute Section 77-1601.02, that the governing body will meet on the 15th day of September, 2010, at 2:15 p.m. at the SID No. 1 Operations Center, 42738 Road 748, Johnson Lake, Nebraska, for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to setting the final tax request at a different amount than the prior year tax request.
