thanks for the mail and the several constructive suggestions contained therein. unfortunately the SE, IWD, whose input will be crucial is on leave for about a week for some personal work. I will try to get some information dug up in any case and get back to you about say Sept 6-7.

in the interim, let me say that the institute is in the process of revising its conditions of contract and your suggestions will be very useful.
