Regarding several arbitrary firings in mess and systemic issues

To quote from the introduction:

"Over the years, many reports issued by Hamara Manch have focused on the arbitrary firing of contract workers. However, over time, HM has come to realise that the problems related to arbitrary firing cannot be addressed effectively without engaging with the other end of the spectrum – arbitrary hiring. The two – hiring and firing – are inextricably linked to each other, and the Institute’s official ‘hands-off policy’ with regard to both is creating a situation where a complete mockery of all procedures is making the Institute complicit in a corrupt system of nepotism and bribery. Our report below highlights this systemic problem through the specific case of mess workers in Halls 2, 3 and GH1 which is currently in a crisis situation and requires our immediate intervention. As always, our report is a means to bring the facts (as we know them to date) to the larger campus community, thereby to garner support in fighting against this injustice."
