Problem viewing linked files.

We are aware of an issue on Google Docs which is preventing some users to view linked reports. Unfortunately this is an issue with Google servers which we can do little about. There are a couple of workarounds however :

• 1. Method 1: The problem disappears if you are logged in any google account.

  2. Method 2: Press Ctrl+S (or Command + S on Mac) to download the document (may not work on all browsers).

  3. Method 3: In any case you can download the file (usually a pdf) from the error page by using the download button (arrow) as shown below:
