IME Building case

Dated: January 2010.

The case involves, as usual, underpayment of wages (through both underreporting and taking back of wages), intimidation, and lack of documentation. A formal written complaint was made but it was the workers who ultimately paid by losing their jobs. As is also a pattern, information needed to argue ones case (work related documents) was obtained only through RTIs and was not provided otherwise.
