Dear Mr. Handa,
When I had written that I would be happy to help in any specific way I meant that I would be happy to give you and anyone else who writes to me any further details about my understanding of the situation about contract workers. Similarly, if the IITK administration were to want to consider the suggestions in my report I will be glad to clarify and expand as required. However, I am not keen in being involved in advocacy for this cause or being involved personally in taking this matter to a wider audience. You are welcome to mention that I am available at my email ID for any clarifications on my report.
