Reese's Peanut Butter Cookies
What you need:
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 bag Mini Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped
Directions:
- Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy
- Add eggs and vanilla and combine.
- Slowly add in flour, salt, and baking soda and mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and Reese's cups (you can also reserve them for topping the cookies fresh out of the oven).
- Using a cookie scooper, scoop dough onto a parchment paper or silicone mat lined baking sheet and then slightly flatten with your hand.
- Bake cookies for 10 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
