Cherry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt
What you need:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 cups vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups frozen cherries, partly thawed and chopped
Directions:
- In your stand mixer, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and 1 cup of yogurt at a time and beat until smooth.
- Pour into your ice cream maker and make your froyo according to ice cream maker instructions. During the last five minutes, add cherries.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for several hours or overnight.
