Grilled Corn with Garlic Butter & Lime

What you need:

For the garlic butter:

    • 1/2 stick softened salted butter
    • 2 cloves minced garlic
    • Dash of hot sauce
    • 1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh chives
    • Salt and pepper to taste

For the corn:

    • 6 ears corn
    • 1 lime, cut into wedges
    • Parmesan cheese
    • Fresh chives, chopped

Directions:

    1. Stir together garlic butter ingredients and set aside.
    2. Prep the corn by peeling back the husks and removing the silk. Place the husk back around the cob and soak in a sink full of cold water for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from sink and gently shake off excess water.
    3. Place directly onto grill and grill for 8 minutes. Flip and grill for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until corn is done.
    4. Pull back the husks (you can remove them if you want), brush with garlic butter. Then squeeze lime juice on them and sprinkle with Parmesan and chives. Serve immediately.
