Pineapple Pico de Gallo
What you need:
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced (I used precut fresh pineapple to save time)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour to let flavors meld together.
