Copycat Guberburgers

What you need:

    • 6 heaping tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
    • 2 lb. ground beef (I used 80/20)
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    • 6 hamburger buns
    • American cheese
    • Lettuce
    • Tomato, sliced
    • Mayonnaise

Directions:

    1. Heat peanut butter in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Stir until loose and then reduce heat to low and stir every once in a while.
    2. Form your ground beef into 6 patties. Flatten them as much as possible .
    3. Cook in a hot skillet until done, flipping once.
    4. Meanwhile, toast buns using unsalted butter in a skillet. I do mine in a small skillet, so I divided my butter up to do it in rounds.
    5. To build your Guberburger: top bottom bun with cheese, burger, a heaping tablespoon of warm peanut butter, lettuce, and tomato. Then spread mayo on the top bun and place it on the very top. Enjoy immediately.
