Honey Butter Rolls
What you need:
- Frozen yeast rolls (Erin used 7-8, I used 9)
- 1/4 cup butter (I used salted)
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions:
- Spray an cast iron skillet or 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange frozen rolls in skillet or baking dish, ensuring they have room to rise and expand.
- Cover with plastic cling wrap and allow to rise in a warm place - it can take any where from 2 to 4 hours.
- Once risen, combine butter and honey in a small saucepan and stir until butter melts. Brush onto rolls.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Mine took exactly 15 minutes.
