Honey Butter Rolls

What you need:

    • Frozen yeast rolls (Erin used 7-8, I used 9)
    • 1/4 cup butter (I used salted)
    • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

    1. Spray an cast iron skillet or 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Arrange frozen rolls in skillet or baking dish, ensuring they have room to rise and expand.
    3. Cover with plastic cling wrap and allow to rise in a warm place - it can take any where from 2 to 4 hours.
    4. Once risen, combine butter and honey in a small saucepan and stir until butter melts. Brush onto rolls.
    5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Mine took exactly 15 minutes.
