Cherry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt

What you need:

    • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    • 3 cups vanilla yogurt
    • 2 cups frozen cherries, partly thawed and chopped

Directions:

    1. In your stand mixer, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    2. Add lemon juice and 1 cup of yogurt at a time and beat until smooth.
    3. Pour into your ice cream maker and make your froyo according to ice cream maker instructions. During the last five minutes, add cherries.
    4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for several hours or overnight.
