Nuath the Spear

Lawful neutral

Nuath is the aspect of conflict, contests, competition, and war. The competitive spirit of man was instilled by Nuath, in all its forms be they good or ill. All wars, arguments, and clashes are homage to him. But so are all contests, training, and practice. He is the twin brother of Duath the Shield. His rules are this:

  • Seek out conflict in order to learn and improve yourself.

  • Be brave and scorn cowardice in any form.

  • Seek the destruction of all cults of Gaal at every opportunity.

Suggested Domains: Forge, War

Nuath sees war as the testing ground for strength. He has little patience for strategizing and deception, and those who carry his standard into battle try simply to pit strength against strength. Nuath returned from the dead a darker, broody god. His worshipers are now guided to seek the destruction of all the cults of Gaal and the other daemoi lords. He wants the world wiped clean of the daemoi's influence which he sees as an erosion of all the aspects have worked for. Still, his is the god of competition and thus athletes, soldiers, laborers, and others who prize the power of the body pray to him.
