Fritha is the aspect of change, freedom, flight, birds, and wind. She is the messenger of the aspects, and is the mother of all flying creatures and things that spend their time above the earth. She soars upon the currents of wind, always moving from place to place. Her commandments are few:

• Avoid attachments so that you may fly free when you wish.

• Break the chains that hold others so they may be free.

• Change is inevitable, but it takes the work of the faithful to ensure that change is for the better.

Fritha advocates that people follow their hearts without constraint, lofting on the winds of change and freedom to wherever they may take you. Under her guidance, the storm is a cleansing agent of change, and her storms are never angry or destructive. The winds of change blow strong at times, but they can also blow cold and bitter, like the heart of winter.
