Chapter IV

^4:1And the Blessed One Tuoo came to the Black Forest and found that much evil was done in this place.

^4:2The Blessed One was saddened at the games and neglect that befell the creations of the Three.

^4:3And Tuoo said to his High Priest, Kristof, “Behold the treachery of the Three upon man. They create man, and they create a garden for him, and they raise terrible demons to slay these men and ruin this garden, and for what? For their own pleasure. Why would they do such a thing? What is the reason?”

^4:4And Tuoo wept, and the high priest wept, and the Blessed One said, “We shall make this place garden again and it shall be the jewel of Paradise when the Three are vanquished.”

^4:5And Tuoo said to Kristof, “Build a shrine here at the edge of the forest to the Blessed Ones,” and Kristof built the shrine.

^4:6And Tuoo said to Kristof, “Bring to me five priests who would protect this shrine and be made whole,” and Kristof brought them and they were blessed by Tuoo and exalted in his beneficence.

^4:7And Tuoo said to Kristof, “Let this shrine preach the word of the Blessed Ones and make whole any man who would turn to the light,” and Kristof taught the word.

^4:8And Tuoo said to Kristof, “Build a temple deep in the forest for me,” and Kristof built the temple.

^4:9And Tuoo said to Kristof, “Let none know of this temple, lest the evil Three seek to destroy it,” and Kristof caused no word to be spoken of the temple.

^4:10And Tuoo said to Kristof, “Seek the two things of power the Three have forgotten in the forest,” and Kristof sought.
