Ricotta-Parmesan Cheese Spread

1 cup fresh ricotta cheese, preferably homemade

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Mix all of the ingredients together and store in an airtight container until ready to use. Will keep for 3 or 4 days in the fridge.
