My Baked Meatballs

1 1/4 lbs ground turkey

1 lg egg and 1 banty egg (or 1 extra large egg)

3/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 ½ teaspoons salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

2 to 3 tablespoons milk

1 1/2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium bowl, beat the egg(s) with a fork and then add the remaining ingredients except the meat. Mix together with a fork until well combined. Add the ground turkey and form into meatballs. Place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes and then place the meatballs in a pan of marinara sauce. Let the meatballs simmer until cooked through.
