The ELA Collegial group has always been something I have enjoyed participating in. In addition to collaborating with my peers, it's great to go to other schools and see different classrooms. I loved taking this class. I am always looking for ways to make learning more interactive and interesting. Making the phonics and writing lessons more play-driven was so much fun for me. My goal in the future is to make more games using the words that the phonics and reading lessons teach. In Kindergarten, especially at the beginning, independence is arduous. I am hoping to use Seesaw to create activities that the kids will be able to do on their own. I am also looking forward to using play in other areas of the curriculum as well. After doing a math lesson using play, the class can write about what they did. I look forward to taking this class again next year.
