Welcome to the 2020-2021 School year. I would like to start with a quick welcome activity. 2020 has been filled with many restrictions but particularly in regards to travel. Many of us spend the summer visiting family or vacationing. Click the + sign and pin or search a location that meets one of the following criteria.
1) A place that you visited over the summer
2) A place that you would like to visit in the future once COVID restrictions are over.
You may pin more than one place or add a comment to your pin if you choose.

Create a meme, using Google Drawings, on one of the following topics:
1) COVID safety in the classroom. Talk about wearing a mask, washing your hands, not sharing supplies, staying home when sick etc.
OR
2) Remote learning etiquette. Think about muting yourself when you are not speaking, showing your face on video, working in groups etc.
You will submit this assignment in Google Classroom. You will see it on the "Classwork" tab under "Unit 0". This will be your first Classwork assignment for the year. It is due on Friday, by the end of the day. Remember to ensure that your meme is school appropriate. The best memes will be printed and hung in the classroom or posted on my website. We will have 20 minutes to work on this in class on Friday. Start this at home and come to class Friday with any questions.
