This was T Gedi's second year on Highlander staff, and her first year as an editor. She is a Senior who is very involved in school. She runs the Black Student Union's Instagram page, is a member of the tennis team, and is one of the yearbook photographers. She's a hard-working, reliable, and creative reporter with an unforgettable writing style. T is a radical feminist, ballerina, and lover of astrology (she's a Capricorn). Her favorite things are the color pink, fashion, y2k chick flicks (she considers Mean Girls a classic), and romanticizing life using Pinterest. Her Apple Music library (the superior music app, she says) shuffles from Britney Spears to Lana Del Rey to Harry Styles to The Smiths to The Clash. She dreams of mornings in the French Riviera, a boat ride in Venice, and sipping cheap champagne in New York City. Her spirit animal is Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City and her style icon is fashion model, Kaia Gerber. She owns more clothes than she can count (all sprayed with a hint of Black Opium Neon by YSL), and has an outfit for every occasion. Some of her goals in life are to write for Vogue, secure a Fendi baguette bag, and see Women's liberation progress in her lifetime. One piece of advice she would offer to other girls is "Healing is not linear. You have all you need to grow, to love, and to move forward".
