Students rise up for a killer flash mob

During both lunches on Oct. 29, the hip hop class coordinated a flash mob performance of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" in the breezeway for Halloween Spirit Day.

ASK NURSE TRACY

When students think they have a cold, should they come to school or should they assume it is Covid?

"Ever heard the saying about the word “assume”? If not, you should Google it! This is not an easy question to answer. I think by now, we all know about the primary symptoms of COVID (fever, loss of taste or smell, congestion, headache, GI upset, breathing problems), and we also know that it is an ever evolving virus. I would say that if you are fully vaccinated with mild cold symptoms, and you have not had a known exposure to a COVID positive person, you could come to school. If you are unvaccinated, then I would be more cautious, and recommend a COVID test to rule out infection."
