If you want to eat the best sushi in Oregon, go to Tora Sushi Lounge.

Tora’s beautiful, authentic food is delicious. The sushi is presented on long plates with the whole roll on display, each part of the roll spread out evenly. The sauce unique to the sushi of your choice will be spread over the sushi and plate.

There are several kinds of sushi to choose from, such as tiger roll, double shrimp roll, fire fire roll, and many more. They also have other dishes, such as salmon, octopus, squid, tuna tataki, and more. At Tora, there are many appetizers to buy, including seaweed salad, tofu salad, chicken vegetable udon, fried calamari, and several others.

Their hospitality and great service made it easy to dine relatively fast. The sushi looked, smelled, and tasted amazing. Depending on the order, the spicy sushi definitely had a kick, including fire fire roll and fire station roll. There is enough sushi on the plate to fill you up, unless you really like sushi.

“I’ve been in the Japanese food industry since 1989,” stated owner Wifrano Melo, to Tillamook County Pioneer. “I’ve operated restaurants in California Koyo Sushi and Jisake Sushi. Opened the Tora Sushi in Seaside in 2006, and most customers just ordered the California roll. The tastes of our customers has expanded greatly in 12 years, and so has Tora.”
