This children’s picture book addresses the treatment of LGBT individuals and female characters in our society. It brings to light the long-lasting effects discrimination leaves on victims when acts of prejudice are committed. Using the format of the Mr Men Books by Roger Hargreaves I expose the blunt endings and questionable ‘lessons’ that the female Little Miss Characters are ‘taught’ through the use of punishment that is carried out by the male characters.
