During remote learning, we looked at the idea of being a ‘couch potato’ and the unhealthy connotations this implies. For a bit of fun, we also recognised our dads probably needed to kick back and relax on Father’s Day. It was our challenge in Visual Art to create our own versions of couch potatoes to gift to our dads to celebrate them during lockdown. Here this ‘Couch Potato Dad’ is seen relaxing on a sunny day on a couch in the garden, reading the newspaper. Happy Father’s Day, Dad!
