Hailing from the Kensington section of the city, Tom McIntyre was a quiet unassuming team member of the Falcons 1990 PCL Championship team but he was also one of the finest one touch distributors of the ball that the League had ever seen. His midfield play and precise passing alongside his cousin John McIntyre helped the 1990 North Catholic team win their first soccer title in 10 years. McIntyre was also named All-Catholic as a senior and now joins his brother David and cousin John as members of the NC Soccer Hall of Fame.
